Sandy Mirisch

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Sandy spent fifteen years negotiation motion picture and television contracts and building the careers of clients such as, Jodi Foster, Barry Williams, Chris Knight, Mike Lookinland and Maureen Mc Cormack and of “The Brady Bunch”, Melissa Gilbert of “Little House on The Prairie”, Willie Aames of “Eight Is Enough” , Larry Wilcox of “Chips” and numerous other child actors.

Before going into Real Estate, Sandy and her husband David Mirisch of David Mirisch Enterprises produced over 2000 celebrity fundraising events raising over $ 35,000,000 for charity. She is a member of the Mirisch Motion Picture Company which has won over 24 Academy Awards and three Best Picture awards.

Living here in North County and working in real estate Sandy has her eye on growth. “I know I am helping my community to grow and at the same time I am keeping my eye on the pure fact that we are and wish to remain “the quiet suburbs of San Diego”. That’s why architects like Dan Jansveld who designed the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce was the perfect architect for my listing property on San Elijo, that over looks the training surf spot for many of our upcoming NCAA champions.

Sandy joins the Encinitas Chamber of Commerce with a vision of keeping her real estate sales territory a sanctuary for the active outdoor lovers. “We have everything we need here in North County, from the vast blue ocean , horseback riding, convenient  transportation via the coaster to take in the culture that our downtown offers without spending a dime on gas.

Because of her love of Latin American and her interest in preserving the environment Sandy co found and sits on the Board of Directors of ASUPMATOMA. (The Association of Southern California Baja Sur for the Protection of the Environment and the Preservation of the Sea Turtle). She is an honorary member of The Explorers Club and loves adventure with a purpose.
